Posted on October 22, 2009 by Jennifer Brady
Techniques for Developing “Green Jobs” Programs is the name of a two-day web conference November 17-18 that is being sponsored by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education and hosted by Academic Impressions. For this event the three most important sources of information will be UMass professionals with significant credentials and a proven track record in developing green educational programming. They are: Susan Jennings, Director, Office of Campus and Community Sustainability, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth; Victoria Matthew, Director of Program Development, Continuing and Professional Education Division, University of Massachusetts Amherst; and, Joy McGuirl-Hadley, Assistant to the Chancellor for Professional and Continuing Education Programs, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
If you would like to know more about some of the most recent offerings in Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Environmental Public Policy, and a Green Building Professional Development Series announced in May, you can find it here.
At this Academic Impressions link you can read much more about these three individuals and about the content of the two day webcast. Also there you can register online.
